Ced has always had an entrepreneurial mindset. Long before real estate, he was finding ways to create opportunities selling candy and frozen cool cups as a kid, breeding dogs as a teenager, doing videography in college, and later owning several local bars. Entrepreneurship was never simply about business for Ced; it was about recognizing opportunity, creating value, and understanding that results are often directly connected to effort.
That mindset ultimately led him to real estate.
An industry that matched his work ethic, competitive nature, and desire to help people make meaningful moves in their lives. He quickly established himself as a respected real estate professional in the Greater Houston market by combining strong negotiation, market knowledge, innovative marketing, and a genuine commitment to his clients.

He brings a unique combination of business, education, athletics, and real-world experience to every client relationship. He earned a B.A. in Communications from Abilene Christian University and an MBA from Texas Southern University. Today, in addition to his work in real estate, Ced is a college professor and author, allowing him to bring the perspective of an educator, communicator, and lifelong student of business into his work.
